Toowoomba Grammar School, Qld

Toowoomba Grammar School is one of the oldest independent boys’ day and boarding schools in Australia, for students from Prep to Year 12. Boarding begins in Year 5 and is a fundamental component of TGS, with approximately 300 boys from all over Australia, Asia, the Pacific and Europe.

TGS has recently implemented a bold new learning initiative for years 5 to 12. Designed to prepare boys for a rapidly changing world, it shapes learning, thinking and application through three important lenses: agriculture, industry, and environment.

The school recently unveiled a new Design Engineering and Technology Centre and has almost completed construction of its Agriculture and Industry Centre. These facilities are designed to provide students with real-world challenges, giving them access to emerging technologies and hands-on experience with the industries shaping our future.
