Stephanie and Nick Hancock married at her parents’ property in Beechworth.

Stephanie Griffiths and Nick Hancock first met at a campdraft in the Goondiwindi region of Queensland in 2018, though they were mustering 200 kilometres apart at the time.

After a first date at the Talwood Hotel, the couple travelled around the country on different mustering contracts before starting their own business, Hancock Mustering, in the Northern Territory.

In February, they tied the knot at Stephanie’s parents’ property in Beechworth, in the north-eastern region of Victoria, before heading to Glenbosch Wine Estate for the reception. “We chose to get married down south because February is our downtime and the weather is so much cooler in Victoria,” explains Stephanie.

The couple stole away for a moment during the reception to take it all in and capture some beautiful photos with their beloved horses. “It was just so nice to take a minute with Nick and our horses, who are so special to us,” says Stephanie.
