After a first date at the Talwood Hotel, the couple travelled around the country on different mustering contracts before starting their own business, Hancock Mustering, in the Northern Territory.
In February, they tied the knot at Stephanie’s parents’ property in Beechworth, in the north-eastern region of Victoria, before heading to Glenbosch Wine Estate for the reception. “We chose to get married down south because February is our downtime and the weather is so much cooler in Victoria,” explains Stephanie.
